It’s That Easy!

What are the steps to acquiring a domain name?

To acquire a domain name, follow these steps:

1. Submit a non-binding offer to set negotiations in motion.
2. Sign contracts once the price is fairly settled.
3. Pay the agreed-upon price through escrow.
4. Ownership is granted immediately once payment clears. Afterwards the transfer is initiated to complete the domain name's transfer of ownership and finalize the transaction.

Why is there a negotiation process to purchase and lease domain names?

Our streamlined negotiation process allows greater flexibility in pricing, recognizing that the value of a distinctive digital asset is rarely one-dimensional. This approach also opens the door to meaningful dialogue, giving us the opportunity to understand your vision and shape the process around what matters most to you.

Can the price of a domain name increase during negotiations?

No. Once negotiation begins, the domain name’s price is locked and remains stable throughout negotiations. We are eager to hear from potential Buyers and do not want to discourage communication at any stage of the acquisition process. Therefore, we do not raise domain name prices in response to Buyer inquiries.

Therefore, we are committed to refusing to exponentially raise domain name prices directly in response to earnest Buyer inquiries. Interest alone doesn’t cause us to inflate the price. While negotiations may result in incremental changes to the initial non-binding offer, our pricing remains anchored in the underlying value of the domain name.

When will the domain name I purchased arrive in my account after payment is complete?

The standard domain name transfer time is 5 to 7 days. If the registrar allows, we will use any means available to expedite the transfer of the domain name.

How is my money protected?

We conduct transactions through a third party escrow platform, we utilize legally binding contracts to encode protection for your money and we adhere to the ethic model we formulated to champion your branding efforts.

Do you provide order status updates?

Yes. We value transparency and will send relevant and detailed order updates via email, text, and on our order status page to help you keep track of the full process.

What guarantees do I have that I’ll receive the domain name?

Your money is secured in escrow and payment is only released to us once you receive the domain name. If the transfer fails and cannot be resolved within 15 business days, your money will be refunded in full with no delay.

Do you offer any free services post-transfer?

We offer the following complimentary services:

* FREE DNS setup for 90 days
